Our years of experience give us keen insight to the process of facilitating a planning retreat. The first step in the process is to survey for each participant to insure the important issues are properly addressed. This may include a written survey, a face to face interview, or both.
Preparation of an agenda in coordination with the Executive Committee is an important task in the process.
Our job is to lead the retreat participants to define the organization’s goals based on the current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
More importantly, we provide ongoing support to insure the organization is moving forward on meeting its goals.
